MindForge Play Studio can provide invoices and, when applicable, curriculum and attestation forms for educational offerings such as:

• Classes and camps
• The Catalyst Lab
• D&D strategy programs
• Maker Mondays
• Mad Scientist classes
• Ladies Craft Night Out for age eligible students
• LEGO sets
• Board games
• STEM/STEAM kits and materials
• Educational events, including teen nights, trivia nights, strategy game nights, and murder-mystery events
• Individual memberships and educational drop-in play

ESA funds generally may not be used for food, birthday parties, or noneducational events and products. Eligibility and documentation requirements may vary. Please review your current ESA Parent Handbook and contract to confirm that a purchase qualifies before enrolling or purchasing.

You may use one of the following options:

1. ClassWallet Direct Pay
Request an invoice and any applicable curriculum documents from MindForge Play Studio. You can then submit the documents through ClassWallet and request direct payment to MindForge.

2. Reimbursement
Purchase the eligible offering yourself and submit your receipt, curriculum, and any required attestation form to ESA for reimbursement.

Complete the request form above, and we will email the applicable documentation to you. Please confirm eligibility and reimbursement requirements before making a purchase.

Yes. We can separate the ESA student’s individual membership from the remaining family membership for billing purposes. The cost of the student’s individual membership will be deducted from the family membership price, so you will not be charged twice for the same student.
